  • We request that you not take the device apart or attempt repairs on the device.
  • Kindly reach out to vmeasure@visailabs.com with pictures of the damaged parts.
  • Our team will provide remote support to repair the device, but if the part is damaged beyond repair, we will ship the spare part to be replaced.
