- When the client procures vMeasure Parcel Ultima Pro subscription and all other accessories at a one-time cost, only the vision box is in perpetual warranty. All other components will have a warranty and a free replacement period of 6 months only.
- With vMeasure Ultima Gold, all components under procurement will be under perpetual warranty.

- As long as vMeasure is under subscription, the hardware is covered under vMeasure warranty terms. Any breakage in the subscription however short voids the warranty.
- Also, based on the wear and tear of the device, the vMeasure team will replace the hardware every 3-4 years without any additional cost to the customer.
What is the support SLA for vMeasure ultima?
- Once a supplier ticket is raised, the team will respond in 24 hours and diagnose the issue in 48 hours from receipt of the complaint.
- If there is no solution requested within 72 hours, a replacement device will be sent within 96 hours of receipt of the complaint.
