What are the warranty terms for vMeasure Ultima?
- As long as vMeasure is under subscription, the hardware is covered under vMeasure warranty terms. Any breakage in the subscription however short voids the warranty.
- Also, based on the wear and tear of the device, the vMeasure team will replace the hardware every 3-4 years without any additional cost to the customer.
Does vMeasure have spare parts?
- Yes, customers can procure spare parts through vmtechsupport@visailabs.com
- To ensure availability, both the distributors and VisAI Labs stock spare parts
- Check whether the spare part you need comes under warranty with your account executive before raising a request.
How does the replacement work?
In case the vMeasure team deems a replacement is necessary, we will ship the replacement by air within seven days of receiving the notification to anywhere in the world.
