What are the warranty terms for vMeasure Parcel Ultima?

  • Hardware
    • vMeasure’s hardware, when used within the temperature ranges of 5 degrees centigrade to 40 degrees centigrade and used under normal conditions, will be free from defects in product workmanship and will work in promised condition as long as the solution is in the subscription
    • The warranty of the components depends on the plan (Pro/Gold). Please refer to the plan details to understand more about what is under warranty
    • Should any defects be found and reported during the term of the warranty, VisAI labs will replace the equipment free of charge
    • Please note that the warranty applies only for defects in workmanship and materials
    • If damage to the device arises from buyer behavior, neglect or usage of vMeasure in abnormal conditions, then the warranty is void
  • General Conditions:
    • The warranty given is subject to the following conditions:
        • Wear and tear, Consumables, and perishables are excluded from the warranty cover
        • These warranties do not apply where vMeasure Parcel Ultima is subjected to buyer behavior beyond the scope of normal working conditions
        • The normal working conditions are as follows:
          • Damages or burning caused by power fluctuations
          • Damages and corrosion due to spilling food/liquids or other material
          • Accident in the handling of the device
          • Alteration of the given hardware
          • Misuse and abuse of the given hardware without informing the VisAI Labs support team
          • Failure to ensure proper storage, operation, and/or maintenance as expressly denoted by the vMeasure team in the do and don’t section of the website, end user, and operator manual
          • Servicing the vMeasure system by non-authorized personnel
    • Correction of defects:
      • The vMeasure team will diagnose and resolve defects over the phone, e-mail, and chat
      • The vMeasure team will request support access to the client account through the vMeasure forge system and might require remote screen sharing for determining and reporting the problem and resolving the solution
      • The buyer must follow the issue resolution procedure set out by vMeasure
      • Failure to use requested remote connectivity tools for issue determination and resolution may result in increased response time and additional costs to the buyer
    • Limited Liability:
      • IN NO EVENT SHALL VisAi Labs’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT FROM DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION
      • VisAI labs makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory, with respect to its products or the contents or use of this documentation and all accompanying software and specifically disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose
      • VisAI Labs reserves the right to revise or update its products, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity
