What is the Strict Mode?
Strict Mode is used to contain the minimum and the maximum parcel dimensions within the dimensioning specs for the mode in use.
The above image represents the dimensioning specs for the All Parcel Mode. With the strict mode enabled, any parcel below 55 x 45 x 85 cm / 21.7 x 17.7 x 33.5 in (the minimum dimension) will not be measured on the All Parcel Mode.
Similarly, any parcel above the maximum dimensions of the mode will not be measured.
How does it benefit you?
This feature lets you enhance the accuracy of the measurement results by ensuring that the parcels are appropriately measured using the right mode.

How to enable the Strict Mode?
Step 1:
Go to the main menu on the vMeasure Touchscreen. Click the arrow to navigate to the second page of the main menu.
Step 2:
Click on the Configurations menu.
Step 3:
Click on the Metrological Settings
Step 4:
Click the check box to enable the strict mode
Step 5:
The strict mode is enabled.
