USPS Parcel Dimension Compliance is not happening all at once.
There is Phase One. Then there is Phase Two. And they are not the same thing.

Watch what happens when a worker finishes packing an order. Does the worker scan, weigh, measure, and print in one clean flow? Or does the person rely on a preset carton table?
