Our dimensioning system gives the product dims and weight in addition to any barcode information. Using its custom page feature, the operator can collect SKU attributes such as color, product type, and product size etc.
Additionally it can capture SKU images and 4K video recording of the packing process.
4. What training or setup is required to start using vMeasure Parcel Ultima?
It takes 30 mins to assemble the hardware, set up the software, and start your first dimensioning. This dimensioning system requires no technical knowledge to operate, and anybody can be easily trained to handle the device as it is designed purely for simplicity.
5. Are there any specific environmental or operational conditions required for vMeasure Parcel Ultima to function optimally in dimensioning cosmetics and apparels?
If the apparel or the outer package is shiny, reflective, or pure black in color, then the dimensioning system would be unable to dimension due to certain camera limitations. Additionally transparent objects will not be measured.
