First they receive the the products from the unloading bay.
Then they process it by identifyinh it’s case and unit dimensions along with any other characteristics and store it at the appropriate place in the warehouse.
When an order comes in, it is fed into the local warehouse management system so that it could prepare the right pciking sequence for the order
Once the picking sequence has been identified it is sent as batched work orders to the order prickers and the items are picked and brought to the outbound station
At the outbound station all the items are scanned and the picked items are sorted.
Also, during the is period the inventory status is updated into the system.
Then the appropriate box is chosen for final packaging and the products and placed into it and labelled.
Before the box leaves the station certain quality control checks such as order accuracy, correct packaging and correct labeling.
Once all this done, the box is sealed and shipped to the end-customer.
